Returns and exchanges are allowed if the items received are defective or damaged. Only items that are unworn unaltered, unwashed and in its original packaging with label still attached can be returned/exchanged.  They will be accepted if good are returned within 7 days of receipt (for both local and international orders). Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are strictly non-returnable. Intimate wear and undergarments are strictly non-returnable/non-exchangeable too.
